- Search voter by name (SEC) ↗sec.rajasthan.gov.inPick district and local body, then search by name; father's/husband's name and age are optional.
- Open “Download Electoral Roll” on the sec.rajasthan.gov.in home page.
- Choose your district, then the municipal body (towns) or panchayat samiti (villages).
- Choose the ward / gram panchayat and look for your name, father's/husband's name and house number.
There is no separate roll for panchayat samiti and zila parishad polls — theirs is the combined ward rolls of their gram panchayats.

Final municipal rolls were published on different dates — 22 Apr 2026 for 196 bodies, 8 May 2026 for 113, and 19 Jun 2026 for Surajgarh and Barmer (SEC letter 4187, 01.07.2026).
Name missing — what now?
- The panchayat roll is updated continuously (Rule 20, Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Election) Rules 1994). Applications go to the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) at panchayat samiti level.
- Only applications received up to 10 days before the election's public notice are decided; after the public notice, no name is added or removed until the election is over (Rule 21-A).
- People who are only on a municipal roll but now live in a village can apply to be added to the panchayat roll (SEC letter 8692, 14.09.2026).
- For the assembly/Lok Sabha roll, apply online at voters.eci.gov.in — Form 6 to enrol, Form 8 for corrections or a change of address.
The 2026 panchayat election can be announced any day — after that, names can no longer be added for this election. If yours is missing, contact your panchayat samiti ERO at once.

The Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Rajasthan's new website is election.rajasthan.gov.in — the old ceorajasthan.nic.in no longer works. The ECI toll-free helpline is 1950; the ECINET app is also available.
Why the two lists can differ
The 2026 panchayat roll was built from the assembly roll database with qualifying date 1 Jan 2025 (final 7 Jan 2025), split into gram panchayat wards and physically verified. Municipal rolls were made the same way. Later changes to the assembly roll (such as SIR 2026) do not flow into the panchayat roll automatically — so being on the ECI roll does not guarantee being on the panchayat roll. Check both.

Where can I see the 2026 panchayat voter list?
On the State Election Commission website sec.rajasthan.gov.in, under “Download Electoral Roll”: district → panchayat samiti → gram panchayat. The final roll was published on 25 Feb 2026.
Can I vote in the panchayat election if my name is not on the list?
No — only people on that ward's roll can vote. Names are not added after the election's public notice, so apply to the panchayat samiti ERO before that.
If I am on the assembly roll, am I on the panchayat roll too?
Not necessarily. The panchayat roll was built from the 1 Jan 2025 assembly roll; later changes are not added automatically. Check both lists separately.
What is the voter helpline number?
The ECI toll-free number is 1950. For panchayat/municipal rolls, contact the ERO at your panchayat samiti or municipal body.
Why doesn't NetaKaun show the voter list?
Voter rolls contain people's names, addresses and ages. For privacy we don't copy them — the correct, current roll is only on the Commission's website.
